With over 15 years recruitment experience in Agency and internal HR, Mary-Ellen has a deep understanding of recruitment processes from blue collar high volume projects to executive search. Highly experienced across various recruitment industries, Mary-Ellen has used a myriad of Recruitment Management Systems both as a Consultant and Business Manager.

Using a methodical approach to information gathering and problem solving skills, combined with her solution-centric client management approach, Mary-Ellen has an innate ability to submerse herself into our clients’ business and deliver our services with a high level of engagement and empathy for their individual needs.

Mary-Ellen has previously held Senior customer-facing roles in the Recruitment sector with organisations such as ManpowerGroup, Randstad and INSELEC; and recruitment technology company, Recruitment Systems
