What is Recruitment Yarns?
RecTech Solutions is very excited to announce our upcoming, free “Recruitment Yarns” event series commencing in Perth on the 4th of May and concluding in Cairns on the 23rd of August 2016. A rare opportunity for owners and leaders of boutique and medium enterprise recruitment agencies, our hosts are looking forward to meeting, discussing and sharing their key business and recruitment expertise in a relaxed, open environment.
Hosted in local venues nationally, the concept is designed to be casual yet informative, to help your business thrive – an opportunity to pull up a chair in an intimate group, share your stories and ask advice and questions, guided by a specialist in a range of categories. Uniquely, each attendee will be invited to share their burning questions prior to the event, the idea being that the session is useful, personal and time well spent.

What’s all the noise about?
This event came about via years of participating in and partnering with recruiters to help solve business challenges. Your Yarn Hosts had all personally found that when we attend events, they were either purely social (nothing wrong with that by the way!), a seminar style session or a Conference where there is never quite the access to or time with the person delivering the message, to really ask those burning questions that would help us apply the learning to own our businesses.
With this in mind, a group of us figured that it was time to take the experts to the regions, to come and meet you on your doorstep, and bring together a logical group of core recruitment business category specialists to ‘have a chat’ in an informal setting.
During our roam around Australia, we will be hand selecting some of the most common and interesting ‘yarns’ to share post event, which we hope will lead to a valuable podcast series giving wider access to the concept we have developed – almost a guide for evaluating your business toolkit to ensure your business is in the best position possible.
