Because we have always had to rely upon the accuracy of our very own data entry and in the past, have considered ourselves “Information Managers”, there should be no surprise that Recruitment clients are leading the charge of those seeking to address this in the streamlining of business processes.
I predict that more and more analytics tools will continue to disrupt our industry, as there is no doubt that data is driving the market and product behaviours will need to be agile to meet our demands.
