Whilst it doesn’t measure competence or ability, it does measure the candidate’s default mindset, especially when under stress and pressure. There is a strong link between a strong and positive mindset and high performance.

The MTQ48 is a reliable and valid psychometric measure (as evaluated by the British Psychological Society and US Department of Labor) and is used successfully in a broad range of sectors and positions globally.
